StopNoise for Awning Windows

The most popular window found in domestic dwellings would have to be the timber awning window ( wind out ).

The stopnoise secondary sliding system will fit neatly into the timber recess of the existing window, while allowing you to still open the existing window for simple, easy cleaning. Stopnoise will custom build their product to suit your window.

The secondary system looks great on the inside of the existing window, and with a range of colours that will match the existing window.

If you have blinds fitted into the existing window frame we will refit them onto our frame. The stopnoise system is half the cost of traditional double glazed windows and is a lot more effective in reducing noise.

StopNoise for Hinged Windows

Stopnoise has a solution for reducing the noise coming through your hinged windows. The Stopnoise secondary system is fitted inside of your existing window, most importantly reducing the noise level by a minimum of 50%.

The Stopnoise system quickly opens for easy cleaning and painting of the existing windows. It doesn’t matter how many panels of glass your window has, the Stopnoise system will certainly match up with your existing window configuration. Above all, there is a range of colours and styles to suit your windows. Stopnoise can be fitted to casement type windows as well.

The Stopnoise system can be fitted with locks for added security and peace of mind. We use 2 types of glass:

• 5mm clear float; or
• 6.38mm laminated safety glass.

Furthermore, tinted glass is another option for protection from UV rays therefore prolonging the life of your carpets and furnishings.

StopNoise for Double Hung Windows

The stopnoise secondary window system for double hung/ sash windows replicates the type and style of the existing window. The stopnoise system fits on the inside of the existing window in most cases if you have blinds attached to your window we can refit them onto the secondary window.

Most windows only take about 1 hour to install with all work conducted in a neat and tidy manner. The look of the window will not be noticeable from outside and will blend in to the internal decor.

StopNoise for Sliding Windows

We have a sliding aluminium secondary system to suit your existing aluminium windows and doors.

The stopnoise system fits into the timber recess of the existing window or doorway, creating a large airspace between the existing glass and the secondary glass.

The principle to stopping noise is the large airspace and an airtight seal. The panels in the secondary system will match up to the panels in your existing windows, the difference being all the panel in the stopnoise system will all slide.

If you have existing blinds fitted into the window recess we will remove and refit them onto the new stopnoise secondary system.

StopNoise for Bay Windows

Bay windows look great and give you a great view of outside but they are also bad for attracting noise. If you have a bay window in your bedroom it could be the main source of your noise problem.

Stop noise have a secondary window system which they can fit on the inside of your existing window. The sliding panels in our system, easily open for full access to the existing glass.

The frame is aluminium and comes in a range of colours to suit all decors. The noise reduction can range between 50 – 70% depending on the wall structure. When fitted, our system blocks as much noise as a brick wall.
